The system is capable of inspection at resolutions ranging from 25 to 10 µm, utilizing TRI’ hallmark Dynamic Imaging technology for powerful pre/post reflow inspection without generating vibration associated with stop-and-go systems. TR7500 features a zone-controllable RGB+W lighting system with low-angle lighting for better inspection of polarity and black components.
