Application
The solder lugs inserter A 040 is the onset magazinierter solder lugs.

Functioning
of the device, the solder lugs are the tool automatically fed and injected through an air cylinder into the circuit board. Here, the circuit board is maintained at the set position. The setting operation is triggered via a stylus. The insertion process all standard solder lugs, which are strung on a wire or tape. By changing the insertion head and the magazine can also solder lugs with other sizes and shapes can be processed.

The conversion time is approximately 10 minutes.
