COD
A PO to PFI from the buyer is an acceptance of the PFI quotation and to the terms and conditions as appears on the pfiofflorida web site.
All changes must be agreed to in writing.
PAYMENT : Company check or Wire transfer, Paypal and Credit card up to $10,000
Common carrier, UPS, Fed EX, Overseas Containers
PFI will provide a skid, banding, and stretch wrap for LTL or common carrier, UPS or specified shipping.
All packaging cost including crating if applicable will be itemized on the PO and Invoice and agreed to prior to shipment..
PFI will accept PayPal on purchases under $2500 unless otherwise approved. A 1.5% convenience fee applies.
SHIPPING: Ship per instructions of PO
All shipments are FOB PFI warehouse or point of shipment and the buyer assumes all risk after the product leaves the ship point and insurance is an option of the buyer.
WARRANTY: As is.
All used items are sold as is unless otherwise stipulated on the PO and invoice. An attempt to determine the condition from the previous owners is made and statements as to condition are passed along to buyers with that knowledge.
The buyer acknowledges the equipment is used unless otherwise stated is specified as new and under either condition was neither designed, manufactured by PFI and who does not warrant the equipment for the specific application of the buyer.
Buyer is aware that no software LICENSES ARE INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE AND THAT THE BUYER TAKES FULL REPONSIBILTY FOR OBTAING ANY AND ALL NEEDED LICENSES.
The buyer is solely responsible for the safe use of the products including safety devices and labeling, training and compliance with national and local safety requirements. The buyer will indemnify and hold harmless PFI from ay damages and injuries to persons or property from the use of the products purchased from PFI.
PFI is not responsible for any consequential damages and force majeure events outside of PFI’s control.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted unless authorized in writing by PFI.
EXPORT
Products sold to the buyer which is subject to export license per US export regulations will have export license approval. If the US buyer will export the products the buyer is responsible to obtain the export license.
CANCELLATION
PO cancellation will result in a restocking fee and forfeiture of any deposit 15%.
PFI may give consideration to buyer circumstances but are PFI is not bound to do so.
The laws of the United States of America and the state of Florida will be applicable to all shipments and sale of products by PFI to all buyers.
